Hostel 9 presents Push Ups and Sit Ups plank competition exciting prizes worth 500Rs awaiting
General Rules
- Registration and entry of the competition are free of cost.
- The Competition organizers own and reserve exclusive rights to the coverage of whole competition.
- All the participants are requested to report at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries will be strictly not allowed.
- The tournament organizers will not bear any responsibility for any losses resulting from any connectivity issues on the participant’s end.
- Only hostel residents are allowed to participate in the competition.
- Any participant found indulge in any mischief and illegal means will be disqualified and they need to report to the organiser within 2 hours after the completion of the event.
- Competition will be held on Zoom meeting app and Zoom meeting link will be provided at the time of your turn via whatsapp
- Please wait till your turn comes up.
- You can't be a winner in both games. If you will win in pushup competition, situp competition winning will not be considered.
Competition Rules
Pushups:- Start position: palms on floor (shoulder width apart), arms locked, feet together touching floor
- Arms must straighten upon each repetition.
- Lifter will have one minute to complete as many repetitions as possible
- Lifter may rest in between reps; cannot lay down during rest

Situps
- Start Position: Head, shoulders, & buttocks touching floor with arms folded across chest; knees must be bent at a 90 degree angle.
- Shoulder blades must touch floor & elbows must touch knees on each repetition
- Participant will have one minute to complete as many repetitions as possible
- Participant may rest in between reps
