Hostel 9 presents Poetry writing competition

General Rules:

  • This competition is only for students of Hostel 9 of IIT BOMBAY.
  • The theme for the poem writing is 'The past year gone by'.
  • Participant can submit a poem with a word limit of 300 words.
  • Deadline for the submission is 11:59 PM Wednesday 24th March 2021.
  • The poem should be an original creation.

Submission Guidelines

  • DM your work (either as a doc or as a pic) to H9’s official instagram handle - @h9_iitb

Prize/Incentive

  • The best two of the recieved poems will get a chance to be featured in H9's upcoming magazine.

Terms and Conditions

  • Hostel 9 Council reserve the right to disqualify an entry if plagiarism is found (copying content from internet or from other social media platforms)
  • Hostel 9 Council reserves the right to change the above-mentioned rules and prizes without notifying the participants.
  • In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the Hostel Council will be final.
